Uncollected package - resending the order

Did your package get returned to us before you could pick it up? No problem, you can order a reshipment for your package by purchasing this product. The price of the product consists of the return costs of the first shipment and the reshipment costs (unpicked package 8,90€ + reshipment 5,90€, total 14,80€). 

Add this product to your shopping cart, enter the order number of the returned order in the additional information field, select Matkahuolto as the delivery method and select the parcel point. We will resend the original order according to the information you provided as soon as possible. You will receive an email with a tracking code when the package has been shipped.

Why does reshipment cost money? Shipping companies charge us for storing unclaimed packages and returning them to us. In addition we have to pick up the package from the shipping company and prepare the package to be sent to the shipping company again. All of this incurs costs for us so unfortunately we cannot offer reshipment free of charge.
