Uncollected package - resending the order

Did your package return to us before you could pick it up? You can order a reshipment of your package by purchasing this product and paying the costs incurred for returning the package and postage normally (uncollected package 9,00€ + delivery costs 4,90€). 

Add this product to your shopping cart, enter your original order number in the additional information field, select your desired delivery point and add a delivery method Matkahuolto 4,90€. We will resend your original order according to the information you provided as soon as possible. You will receive an email and tracking code when the package has been shipped.

Why does an undelivered package and reshipment cost money? Shipping companies charge us for storing undelivered packages and returning them to us. Also we have to collect the package from the shipping company, open, check and repack the shipment. All of this incurs costs for us so we cannot offer reshipment free of charge.
