Little Bonnet Studio (FI27460963) is a Finnish online store that sells products for private individuals. Prices include a Value-Added Tax (VAT) of 24 %. We reserve the right to conduct any changes to pricing and shipping costs.
Klarna acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized Payment Institution. Klarna offer the payment buttons of all Finnish online banks, MobilePay, the most common credit cards, Klarna invoice and installment payment. Klarna will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Klarna will forward the payment to the merchant.
DELIVERY METHODS AND COSTS
Delivery costs to Finland 4.90 €. You can choose Matkahuolto or Posti package to the office or machine of your choice. You can also choose Posti Pikkupaketti (1-2 hat), which is delivered to your mailbox in connection with Posti's basic delivery.
The order processing time is on average 1-3 working days after sending the automatic order confirmation. You will receive a delivery confirmation and a tracking code for your package in your email when the shipment has left us for Matkahuolto/Posti to transport. The delivery time for Posti and Matkahuolto packages is usually 1-3 days. Posti's Pikkupaketti delivery time is 4-7 days.
Our products have a right of return of 14 days after receiving the goods. Make a cancellation notice by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will reply to your email, where you will receive more detailed information regarding the return. The right of return applies only unused, completely new products with all original product tags in place. The customer pays the return costs and buys parcel transport from Matkahuolto or Posti (we do not accept letters sent with stamps or mailbox-delivery Posti Pikkupaketti). The refund is made to the payment method used in the order. An uncollected package is not a cancellation of the order. We charge costs of 19.90€ per uncollected package, and we deduct this from the amount to be returned. Sale products and custom made products do not have the right of exchange or return.
Our most popular products sold in pre sales, this way we respond best to the need and as many people as possible have the opportunity to get the product they want. Pre sales are open one week. Pre sales can be closed earlier if the number of hats reserved for productions are sold out. Deliveries will start in the next two weeks from pre sale. We do not make partial orders, we deliver the entire order once. The pre sale product is paid for at the time of ordering.
If the product is lost or delayed during transport or otherwise does not correspond to your order, you must report the error in writing to email@example.com within 14 days at the latest. If the package is clearly damaged in transit, you must immediately file a complaint with the shipping company of your chosen delivery method.
We reserve the right to change our delivery conditions and the right to incorrect stock balance. Before ordering the customer must read our valid terms and conditions. The customer commits to the delivery terms and conditions with each order.
