Welcome to Little Bonnet Studio's online store. We have put this page the different stages of buying from an online store with these conditions.


GENERAL ABOUT ONLINE STORE

Little Bonnet Studio (FI27460963) is a Finnish online store that sells products for private individuals. Products are ordered through the online store www.littlebonnetstudio.com. The company's operations are small-scale and are not subject to VAT. We reserve the right to conduct any changes to pricing and shipping costs. Customer commits to the valid terms of use with each order.


ORDERING

Little Bonnet Studio operates online and all products are ordered via the online store www.littlebonnetstudio.com. For a successful order you will receive an automatic order confirmation to the e-mail address you provided immediately after the purchase.


PAYMENT

Klarna provide payment service and is an authorized Payment Institution. Klarna offer the payment buttons of MobilePay, all Finnish online banks, the most common credit cards, Klarna invoice and installment payment. Klarna will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Klarna will forward the payment to the merchant. 


DELIVERY 

Delivery costs to the Matkahuolto machine or parcel point 4.90€. We process and ship orders from our warehouse within 2-5 business days of their arrival. After that it depends on the shipping company how many days the package will take to reach the pickup point. Hats in stock are generally mailed within 1-3 business days of the order's arrival. Pre-orders are delivered in 1-2 weeks after the pre-sale are closed. Sample Sale, Surprise Bags and during other busy times (other campaigns, launches and holidays) have longer processing time, it may take one to two calendar weeks (orders are also not necessarily delivered in the same order as they were placed). Delivery to Baltia 11,90€ and rest of EU 19,00€. We do not deliver orders to Åland.


RETURNS

Our products have a right of return of 14 days after receiving the goods. The right of return applies only unused, completely new products with all original product tags in place. Make a cancellation notice by email to littlebonnetstudio@gmail.com. We will reply to your email where you will receive a return code and instructions for the return. The shipping costs incurred by the return are paid by the customer. The return shipment is made through Matkahuolto or Posti service point. If the product is returned from abroad the customer pays the actual return costs themselves. The product must be returned to us no later than 14 days after making the cancellation notice. We do not refund returns that have not been pre-arranged by email or for which more than 14 days have passed since they were returned to us. The refund will be made to the payment method used in the order within 14 days after we have inspected the product. We check returned product. The seller has the right to partially or completely reduce the value of the product if the products have been used, products are dirty or broken, the original packaging has been lost or the products are otherwise not in the condition in which they were sold to the customer. Custom made products do not have the right of exchange or return. Our products have not eligible for exchange.


UNCOLLECTED PACKAGE

An uncollected package is not a cancellation of the order. We charge costs of 19.90€ per uncollected package which covers shipping costs and other costs incurred by us for the return. If we haven’t charge you the handling fees for an undelivered package, we can arrange for the undelivered package to be resent. Please contact us via email for resend inquiries.


CAMPAIGNS WITH FREE GIFTS

If you are returning an order that includes with free gift/ merchandise, please also return the free gift you received if the terms of the offer are no longer met. If we do not receive the free gift in connection with another return, we have the right to deduct the retail value of the free gift from the amount to be refunded.


SURPRISE BAGS

There is no exchange right for the Surprise Bag. The right of return only applies to the entire package not to the individual product as part of the package. If you return the surprise bag you must return both hats. The contents of the surprise bags cannot be interchanged. 


SAMPLE SALE

Sample Sale products are mainly prototype, 2nd quality, description, customer return, removal or other products that deviate from the current season's collection, so they cannot be compared to the 1st quality products in our collection. Each Sample Sale product is fully usable and each product is stated as to why the product is a Sample Sale product. A product that deviates from 2nd quality, with a size error or other similar 1st quality cannot be complained about for reasons that have been stated as the reasons for 2nd quality, error or other deviation. Test or prototype products do not have the right to complain. Sample Sale products have a 14-day right of cancellation (see ”returns” above), please familiarize yourself with the products carefully during that time when making a purchase decision.


PROBLEMS

If the product is lost or delayed during transport or otherwise does not correspond to your order, you must report the error in writing to littlebonnetstudio@gmail.com within 14 days at the latest. If the package is clearly damaged in transit, you must immediately file a complaint with the shipping company of your chosen delivery method.


OTHER INFORMATION

We reserve the right to change our delivery conditions and the right to incorrect stock balance. Before ordering the customer must read our valid terms and conditions. The customer commits to the delivery terms and conditions with each order.
