GENERAL ABOUT ONLINE STORE
Little Bonnet Studio (FI27460963) is a Finnish online store that sells products for private individuals. Products are ordered through the online store www.littlebonnetstudio.com. We reserve the right to conduct any changes to pricing and shipping costs. Customer commits to the valid terms of use with each order.
ORDERING
Little Bonnet Studio operates online and all products are ordered via the online store www.littlebonnetstudio.com. For a successful order you will receive an automatic order confirmation to the e-mail address you provided immediately after the purchase.
PAYMENT
Available with Apple Pay, Google Pay, MobilePay, payment buttons from all Finnish online banks, most common credit cards, Klarna invoice and installment payment. The payment service is provided by Kustom Checkout. Products and delivery costs are paid for at the time of order.
DELIVERY COSTS
Delivery costs 4.90€ to the Matkahuolto or DB Schenker machine or parcel point . Delivery to Baltia and Sweden 11,90€ and rest of EU 16,00€. We do not deliver orders to Åland.
DELIVERY TIME
We process and ship orders within 1-4 business days of their arrival. During busy times (Sample Sale, replenishment batches, launches and holidays) processing time might be longer. You will receive e-mail an order tracking number when the order is ready to be shipped to the shipping company. It is the customer's responsibility to track the progress of the package using the tracking number.
RETURNS
Our products have a right of return of 14 days after receiving the goods. The right of return applies only unused, completely new products with all original product tags in place. Make a cancellation notice by email to littlebonnetstudio@gmail.com. We will reply to your email where you will receive a return code and instructions for the return. The shipping costs incurred by the return are paid by the customer. This means that you purchase a package delivery with a tracking code for the product you are returning to Matkahuolto or Posti packing centrum. We do not accept shipments delivered with stamps, packages delivered to a mailbox, cash on delivery shipments or other shipments without a tracking code. If the product is returned from abroad the customer pays the actual return costs themselves. The product must be returned to us no later than 14 days after making the cancellation notice. We do not refund returns that have not been pre-arranged by email or for which more than 14 days have passed since they were returned to us. The refund will be made to the payment method used in the order within 14 days after we have inspected the product. We check returned product. The seller has the right to partially or completely reduce the value of the product if the products have been used, products are dirty or broken, the original packaging has been lost or the products are otherwise not in the condition in which they were sold to the customer. Custom made products do not have the right of exchange or return. Our products have not eligible for exchange.
UNCOLLECTED PACKAGE
An uncollected package is not a cancellation of the order. We charge costs of 19.90€ per uncollected package which covers shipping costs and other costs incurred by us for the return.
SURPRISE BAGS
The right of return only applies to the entire package not to the individual product as part of the package. If you return the surprise bag you must return both hats. There is no exchange right for the Surprise Bag. The contents of the surprise bags cannot be also interchanged.
SAMPLE SALE
When placing your order and making purchase decision, please note that Sample Sale products are not 1st quality products from our regular seasonal collection. Sample Sale hats are prototypes (for example we have tested a completely new hatmodel or made corrections to an old pattern, and test-sewn a prototype or test hats from these), II-quality (hat is not broken but the product has a small cosmetic defect, for xample the hat's ribbon may be shorter than the other) or the hat has been used in our product photoshooting. Each Sample Sale product is fully usable. Each hat's product description has been told why the product is a Sample Sale product and a note on what size head the hat fits, so please read this section carefully before making an order decision. Please also note that Sample Sale hats cannot be compared to similar I-quality products in our collection. Sample Sale hats cannot be complained about for reasons stated in the product description as the cause of II-quality, defect or other deviation. Test or prototype hats also do not have a right to a complaint. Prototype Sample hats has the word 'Sample' printed on the washing label. Sample Sale products have a standard 14-day right of return, so please familiarize yourself with the products especially carefully when making a purchase decision. Sample Sale minimum order 10€. Sample Sale is our biggest sales event and order delivery times can be up to 2 weeks. Orders are not also delivered in the same order as they were placed.
GIFT CARD
You can also pay for your online store order with our electronic gift card. Enter the code provided with the gift card at the checkout of the online store. The gift card must be used for a single purchase. It is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The gift card is not refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Note that gift cards cannot be used as a means of payment to purchase a new gift card.
PROBLEMS
If the product is lost or delayed during transport or otherwise does not correspond to your order, you must report the error in writing to littlebonnetstudio@gmail.com within 14 days at the latest. If the package is clearly damaged in transit, you must immediately file a complaint with the shipping company of your chosen delivery method.
OTHER INFORMATION
We strive to depict the colors of the products as well as possible, but please note that there may be a slight difference between the color of the actual product and the color of the image displayed in the online store. All possible product images related to the product are displayed in the product description on which you can make an order decision. We reserve the right to change our delivery conditions and the right to incorrect stock balance. Before ordering the customer must read our valid terms and conditions. The customer commits to the delivery terms and conditions with each order.
